Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested bidders to submit their bids related to the Supply of 50 IP Phones (Alcatel IPTouch 8028s phone) with user's permanent license (IP User Premium License).
Technical specifications for the above mentioned tender will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 10th August 2022.

Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw
Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 24th August 2022 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted electronically using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Indicate your account number and payment terms in the financial proposal. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following administrative requirements:
-Company registration certificate - Valid Tax Clearance Certificate - Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate -Performance Certificates to prove similar services provided elsewhere
