The extension has been as a result of technical issues that requires the bidders to get more time to prepare the bidding document.
The submission date has been shifted from 10 February 2022 to 15 March 2022. Well printed Proposals, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Procurement Office room 2.01 not later than 15 March 2022 at 10:00 am local time. The submitted hard copies shall be accompanied with a soft copy of the proposals which has to be in word or excel document. Late proposals will be rejected

Submission Procedure
Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in City of Kigali, main board room on 15 March 2022 at 10:30a.m local time.
