1. Background:
Fédération Rwandaise de Football Association (FERWAFA) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 1972 as member of CAF and FIFA in 1978.
FERWAFA has set the main goal, which is to develop, improve and organize the football games throughout Rwanda territory, which might end as well by improving the CAF/FIFA ranking.
To legitimately stand with confidence, FERWAFA is recognized by the government of Rwanda and operates within the framework of the FIFA/CAF rules and regulations.

2. Purpose:
The purpose is to request a suitable service provider/ legal or natural person specialized in sports marketing to express their interest or submit their proposal of FERWAFA trophies designs as below defined:

3. Financial proposal:
The bidder must clearly indicate how the total price was calculated for each trophy both design and production.
4. Eligibility Requirements:
In order to be considered for the technical and financial evaluation of the tender, bidders are required to fulfil the following eligibility requirements:
• Evidence of commercial register entry (i.e., Registration Certificate issued by RDB)
• Certificate of tax clearance issued by RRA
• Certificate of clearance issued by RSSB
• Any other supporting document

5. Submission of offer:
Please deposit your REOI in ONE envelop (technical & Financial offer), until latest 19th May 2023 at 10:00AM, at the FERWAFA Procurement office at FERWAFA HQ near AMAHORO Stadium P.O. Box 2000, Kigali. Please you must write on each Envelop the following: Reference Number: 015/S/REOI/FERWAFA - Technical/financial offer for FERWAFA trophies Designs and Productions. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at FERWAFA conference room on the date and time mentioned above local time.
6. Notes:
• FERWAFA reserves all rights
• The property rights of the contracting party will be irrevocably transferred to FERWAFA.
