TENDER: DESIGN AND SET UP AN EMPLOYEE COLLABORATION CENTER INVITATION TO TENDER No 55/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/02/10/2023

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to hire a competent company with hands on experience to design and set up an employee collaboration center at the Head Office on the Ground unused parking lot where employees can come together to work on projects and share ideas. BK hereby calls bids for the above services as per the TORS that will be shared with interested bidders.

Terms of References (TORS) for the above mentioned works will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 17th/10/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 03rd/11/2023. at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders. Site visits will be organized from the 18th/10/2023 at the BK HQ during working hours and a site visit is mandatory.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Submit a layout design, a BOQ and 3D design proposal, a list of key staff dedicated to the project and any other requirement specified in the TORS. Interested bidders should also submit the following documents;

-Detailed company profile

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from RRA

-Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate

-Performance certificates to prove similar services provided elsewhere
