Director of Education, Research/CPD and Quality Assurance Unit
Level:3.II
Job description
• Supervise the researches of staff and students.
• Set departmental and individual employee goals and provide routine evaluations of progress toward these goals.
• Identify and promote professional growth opportunities for staff.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethics of prospect research.
• Develop and oversee budgets and policies and procedures for the Research Department.
• Develop and evaluate research tools
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health

• Master's Degree in Public Health
0 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Global Health

• Master's Degree in Global Health
