Bank of Kigali Plc plans to decorate its Branches, HQ and Kigali street for the end of year festive season. BK Plc hereby calls for bids related to the said works by means of complete price proposals and a decoration concept design from local firms for the following LOTS:

LOT 1: Decoration of BK HQ and Kigali branches

LOT 2: Decoration of Bank of Kigali countryside branches

LOT 3: Decoration of Kigali street (from main roundabout to Sopetrad traffic lights)

Minimum Technical specification requirements for the above mentioned decoration works will be sent to email of interested bidders from the 09th November 2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 22nd November 2023 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders. A site visit shall be organized for interested bidders from the 10th November 2023 between 03h00 and 05h00 pm and the visit is mandatory.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs and the project implementation period. Provide a decoration concept, design proposal for the above mentioned services in the technical proposal. Indicate your account number and payment terms in the financial proposal.

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid RSSB clearance certificate

-Performance certificates to prove similar services provided elsewhere
