Method of Submittal:

Respond via e-mail with an attached document in Pdf format. 

Technical and financial proposals will be submitted together into different documents:

1. Technical proposal to be submitted in a PDF document (readable)
2. Financial Proposal to be submitted in a locked PDF document with a password which shall be requested to be shared later during the bid evaluation (failure to do so will lead to immediate disqualification).

The Bidder/Seller agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 120 days from the date specified for the receipt of offers unless another time is specified in the addendum of the RFP.
