Period of maintenance activities
The maintenance service work is expected in one year from the date of contract signature which may be renewable by agreement of both parties.
The maintenance frequency is 3 times in a year.

The eligibility criteria of the bidders should encompass the following:
• The intending bidders should have a minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance contract/hardware sales field, supported by documentary evidence in support of his/her competence;
• The successful company should prove adequate qualified manpower having experience in maintenance;
• Bidders should submit their valid documents: proof of valid Tax registration certificates, VAT.

Financial evaluation
The financial bid should contain the price quoted against each item separately. The price for finishing each item detail is as under:

Submission Procedure
Kindly, the interested bidders will send the required documents to the following Email address: recruitment@inkungafinance.com not later than 27th May 2022 at 17H00 with subject ‘’Maintenance services”. The successful bidders will be communicated through the same channel not later than 2 weeks from the last date of deposit.
N:B: Nevertheless, Inkunga Finance Plc has all right to refuse all prices which are above the budget.
