INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION 

About RwandAir 

RwandAir is a fast growing national carrier of the Republic of Rwanda, which has expanded its fleet operations and has strategies to expand wings beyond Africa in order to be responsive to customer needs and expectations.

To achieve its strategic objectives, RwandAir needs to have reliable suppliers of all procurement categories as listed below to support its daily operations. 

In line with the above; RwandAir is inviting eligible and interested Vendors to submit Bids for pre-qualification. The invitation is applicable to both existing and prospective suppliers who are interested in working with RwandAir. The prospective Vendors must provide mandatory information for pre-qualification. 

At the end of pre-qualification exercise, the selected suppliers will be registered in the RwandAir suppliers’ database and will be considered in future when a procurement need arises.

The main objective of this pre-qualification exercise is to maintain an updated Vendors’ database.  The procurement categories for which this invitation is being issued are listed in the prequalification document under article 6. Prequalification document is free of charge and can only be obtained in the soft copy.

Well-prepared bids must reach the office of Procurement RwandAir via e-suppliers portal link: http://esupplier.rwandair.com/  not later than January 19^th 2024 at 11:00 am Kigali Time.  Late bids will be rejected. 

Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.
