Thus, reference to regulation no 75/2019 on 29/01/2020 on prevention and punishment money laundering, financing terrorism and financing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;
In order to comply with the regulation above, Inkunga Finance would like to recruit a local consultant who shall train senior management staffs on the regulation in force and the reporting channels.

Reason For Training On Money Laundering And Reporting Procedures
The main purpose of the proposed training is to strengthen the capacities of existing senior management team to comply on AML regulation, identification of suspicious transactions and reporting to the regulator.

Training expectations/ outcomes:
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:
• understand well the regulation in place and its main objectives,
• know the concept of money laundering; financing terrorism and financing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;
• know different technics which must be applied to identify suspicious transactions;
• understand the reporting procedures and staffs who shall be involved;

The Interested Consultant Should Encompass The Following Technical Criteria:
• Company profile together with a brief description of the company’s experience in the training related to the subject;
• A detailed technical approach which shall be used to conduct well the tasks;
• To proof of professional experience 3 to 5+ years and above in similar consultancy services;
• To Proof company registration Certificates issued by RDB;
• Valid taxes clearance certificate;

Expected Training Period And Preparation Language
The expected training time is 2 days which can be extended to the remaining team in agreement of both parties, in July 2022 and presentation shall be conducted in English language.

Content Of The Offer
The bid must consist of the following two parts:
Technical Proposal
The technical offer must include the technical demonstration that will allow the objectives to be achieved efficiently.

Financial Proposal
The financial proposal must include all costs relating to the provision of technical assistance and taxes (transport and accommodation fees).

The successful bidders will be communicated through the same channel not later than 1 week from the last date of deposit.
N:B: Nevertheless, Inkunga Finance Plc has all rigth to refuse all prices wich are above the budget.
