TENDER TITLE: KEY BLOCK MANDATE IMPLEMENTATION

INVITATION TO TENDER No 11/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/06/02/2024

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to engage local, regional or international service providers with expertise in the key block mandate implementation. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional or international service providers for the above- mentioned services.

Terms of Reference for the above-mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 28th Feb 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 15th March 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a proof of similar services provided elsewhere for at least three financial institutions, implementation and deployment strategy and every other required document specified in the Terms of Reference.
