The Rwanda Forestry Authority invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the tender: Maintenance of equipment and materials (generators, calibration and repair of laboratory and store equipment, cold rooms, etc)   at TSU Huye and Gatsibo

As indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.           

The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000) Rwandan francs to the accounts of Rwanda Revenue opened at any commercial bank; 

All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before (see date and time at www.umucyo.gov.rw ). Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day (see date and time at www.umucyo.gov.rw ), local time.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system not later than fourteen days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
