Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local, regional or international service providers for the development, configuration, implementation and maintenance support of an Operational risk management solution and Financial risk reporting solution.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 29th November 2023. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 11th December 2023 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, financial and technical proposal detailing the proposed methodology, work plan, at least 3 references of similar work done and any other required document specified in the Terms of Reference.
