Distribution of Materials:
The winner bidder will distribute the training module at DUHAMIC-ADRI head office located in Niboye sector/Kicukiro District.
The bidder shall submit the following documents
- A copy of trading License, issued by RDB
- A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): A copy of invoice submitted in the past.
- A Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
- A Commitment letter to deliver/supply all the items in a period not exceeding two (2) days after receiving the purchase order.
- Having conducted the similar activity, demonstrated by at least 3 certificates of good completion
- A financial offer
Bids must be submitted not later than Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 10:00AM DUHAMIC ADRI head office located in Kigali/ Kicukiro Niboye. The public opening is scheduled on the same day at 10:30AM. For further details or clarifications, please reach out via email at procurement@duhamic.org.rw.
