Call for bids for Provision of Printing Services of Orora Wihaze SBC materials to be used by RICH community during Household visitation and Parenting sessions at ECD centers for the period of 2 cohorts.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) has been present in Rwanda since 1960 and delivers nutrition; agriculture; economic strengthening; water and sanitation; and Early Childhood Development (ECD) to vulnerable populations. CRS’ primary goal is to ensure that the most vulnerable households achieve integral human development, where individuals reach their full potential in an atmosphere of peace, social justice, and human dignity. 

CRS/Rwanda invites bids from eligible bidders high specialized in printing to submit their offers for the provision of printing services of Orora Wihaze Social Behavior Change, and communication (SBCC) materials. The bid shall remain valid for a period of 90 days starting from the submission deadline.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Your offer must further take note of the following documents for evaluation purpose.                                                                                                                                          

Administrative documents

• Registration certificate issued by RDB.
• VAT and Valid Tax clearance certificates.
• Bid validity period should be 90days.
• Bids should be signed by an authorized company representative. 

Technical documents 

• Bid should specify maximum delivery period.
• The Bidder should have at least 2 years’ experience of providing similar printing services.
• At least 3 completion certificates of similar printing services. 

Financial documents 

• Bidding documents quoted in Rwanda Francs (Rwf) for printing services based on technical specifications.
• The offer must specify if the prices are VAT inclusive or not. 

3. Application Procedures

Interested bidders are encouraged to send their applications to rwandabids@crs.org  no later than November 21^st, 2023, at 11: 00 a.m Kigali time. The title of the email must include: “Provision of Printing Services of Orora Wihaze SBC materials.’’ and the application should be combined in one (1) document in PDF format. A late submission will not be considered.

All bidders are advised that this tender does not constitute in any way a commitment on the part of CRS or its agents, for any service requested.
