TENDER TITLE: PROVISION OF RESEARCH CONSULTANCY SERVICES INVITATION TO TENDER No 45/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/02/09/2023

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to recruit a consultant firm to conduct an in-depth customer needs analysis and product ideas testing. BK Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local, regional or international bidders for the provision of the above mentioned research consultancy services.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 11th September 2023. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 27th September 2023 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local firms or USD for foreign firms and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, technical proposal detailing the proposed methodology, work plan, data collection instruments, CVs of staff dedicated to this assignment, implementation period and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference. Bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders not later than the 27th September 2023.
