1. The Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from Government of Rwanda towards the cost of Provision of Cleaning Service to Rwanda FDA
1. The Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the above-mentioned tender as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements;
1. Tender Documents may be obtained from the E-Procurement system from Rwanda Public Procurement system through (umucyo.gov.rw) and after presentation proof of payment for a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan Francs which shall be deposited to RRA account opened at any commercial Bank in Rwanda.
2. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Four hundred Rwanda francs (400,000 RWF)
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed only through the e-Procurement system (and the request for clarification will be conducted within 14 days before deadline of bids submission).
1. Bids will be opened Through E-procurement system on 20/08//2020 at 09:00
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law no 62/2018 of 25/05/2018 .
