PUBLIC TENDER ANOUNCEMENT 

Tender title: Public tender for provision of sanitary pads for IGIRE-JYAMBERE program participants

The deadline for submission of bids: 23/12/2023 at 10:00 a.m. 

DUHAMIC-ADRI is implementing a five-year PEPFAR/USAID Program named IGIRE-JYAMBERE “ODA” in all 10 sectors of Nyarugenge Districts; would like to invite all interested companies or firms to supply 6,185 sanitary pads for the benefit of the most in need Adolescent Girls and Young Women AGYW under DREAMS component.

The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all related taxes. The samples can be visited at DUHAMIC-ADRI Kicukiro head offices during business hours (from 8:00am to 5:00pm).

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Saturday 23/12/2023 at 10:00 a.m.

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
