The deadline for submission of bids: 25^th March 2024 at 11:00 am (Kigali Time).

DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all interested companies or firms involved in supply or sale of sportswear and related field for an open tender for provision of sports materials/equipment for CBIM athletes and coaches under IGIRE-JYAMBERE Activity as detailed in the table below:

• Delivery Schedule: The timeline for delivering all needed materials will be 3 days starting after delivery of purchase order.
• Evaluation Criteria: the selection will be made by cost-effectiveness and Supplier qualifications and experiences

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all taxes.

Interested bidders should fulfil the following requirements:

• RDB registration certificate
• Proven experience in provision of similar services with three (3) certificates of good completion from trusted institutions
• Valid tax clearance certificate provided by RRA
• RSSB valid clearance certificate
• Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM) by providing a copy of invoice submitted in the past
• Be ready to supply all items within reasonable time not exceeding 3 calendar Days after receiving the purchase order

Bids including above requirements (original and one copy) will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Monday 25^th March 2024 at 11:00 am (Kigali Time). DUHAMIC-ADRI reserves its right for negotiation of price reduction. The successful bidder must present the samples before receiving the purchase order for prior approval by DUHAMIC-ADRI team.  

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector.
