ActionAid Rwanda is inviting qualified, reputable suppliers and service providers to submit their proposals for STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE, MOTOR INSURANCE, LIFE INSURANCE AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT INSURANCE FOR 2024. 

The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest is to short list legally registered service providers with pre‐requisite qualifications to be considered for contractual purposes to handle the full range of services as listed below for the Actionaid activity needs in Rwanda in 2024.

ActionAid Rwanda reserves the right to reject all Expressions of Interest not fulfilling requirements associated with this request. Actionaid Rwanda will in no case be responsible or liable for any and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.

  The expression of interests should reflect the documentation as per the example below:

“EOI for staff medical insurance, staff life insurance, vehicle insurance and Electronic equipment insurance)” Company profile; Trade license in the field of Insurances services, VAT Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate; proof of experience and Evidence of financial capabilities.

Well prepared bids written in English in sealed envelope and presented in 2 copies one of which is original  headed by the letter addresses to the Executive Director of ActionAid Rwanda must be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices at Remera, KG 178 ST, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building not later Tuesday, 14/11/2023 at 15 :00 pm. Late bids will be rejected

1. The number of families (Staff) is 20 and the dependents are 65.
2. The number of vehicles is 6
3. The value of the office equipment is 80,487,462 frw
4. A pre-bid meeting for information will be on Wednesday, 8^th November 2023 for Questions and Answers for all interested bidders at Actionaid Head Quarters at 11h:00am.
5. Submission of tenders without financial quotations will not be considered in this regard.
6. The bidder to give medical insurance options of 10% co-pay, national cover Only).
