FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified service providers to submit their bid documents for the provision of motor vehicles insurance for FXB Rwanda for the period from December 2023 to November 2024. The bid document is available at FXB Rwanda Coordination Office located at Ruyenzi Cell, Runda District, Kamonyi District or electronically through email address info@fxbrwanda.org upon presentation of bank slip of ten thousand (10,000Frw) non-refundable fees deposited to the account number 25001965004 opened in I&M Bank in the name of Francois Xavier Bagnoud. 

The bid documents in a sealed envelope (technical and cost proposal in different envelops) shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village located at 100m from Runda Sector no later than Friday December 1, 2023 by 3:00 P.M. No electronic copy is allowed.
