Subject: Request of supplying Herbal medicinal production Equipment (036/G/FXB/2023)
FXB Rwanda in partnership with National Industrial Research and Development Agency (NIRDA) are implementing the Phyto Social Enterprise (POSE) Project. The project aims at increasing the production of herbal medicines in Rwanda for in-country and regional consumption.
FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid documents for supplying the below listed items to FXB Rwanda.

The tank must have the inlet and outlet valve. and have 3 supports(legs 70 cm height) the total height is 120cm. The body of the tank has the diameter of around 40cm and the height of the body is 50cm ,The tank is cylindrical with rounded bottom. |

The bidder shall submit the following documents:
- Price schedule/quotations detailing prices that include and without VAT;
- Copy of the incorporation certificate;
- Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
- Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RSSB)
The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Monday December 4th, 2023.
Note:
- FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
- Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback.
