Pursuant to Article 287 of Law N° 007/2021 of 05/02/2021 governing companies, this public notice is hereby issued to inform the general public that the Registrar General of Companies has received a request to restore a company called PRIMETRACK TELEMATICS Ltd with Company Code/TIN 109207297 in the register of companies.

Any person with an objection to the restoration of the above-mentioned company is hereby requested to notify the Registrar General within 30 days from the date of publication of this public notice. All objections should clearly state the grounds for objection and any supporting documentation or evidence.
