TENDER NOTICE/INTERNAL ALERT
International Alert is an international non-governmental organization, headquartered in London, with a presence in some thirty countries and territories around the world as well as in Rwanda. It is concerned with reducing conflicts and distress in the world, strengthening peace by researching the causes and presenting the effects of conflicts.
International Alert, Leads the AtJ Consortium (composed of the NGOs International Alert, iPeace and Pole Institute) is launching a call for tenders for SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE of evolving information panels at borders of Rubavu,Rusizi and Bugarama.
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS
Bids will be expressed in Rwandan francs and must include the unit price, the total price, the terms of payment, the availability time (delivery and installation) and any other information deemed necessary.

2. INSTALLATION TIME AND OPERATIONALIZATION OF BILLBOARDS
The delivery time will be proposed by the supplier. INTERNATIONAL ALERT Rwanda prefers a shorter lead time in view of the requirements of its project (no more than 4 weeks from the signing of the contract).
In addition, INTERNATIONAL ALERT Rwanda requires each bidder to provide a warranty of at least 12 months of after-sales service and installation for each panel offered. Any offer that does not include this guarantee will be rejected.
3. SELECTION CRITERIA
- RDB Company registration certificate.
- Valid RRA Tax clearance Certificate
- Valid RSSB clearance certificate
- VAT registration certificate
- E-filling acknowledgement receipt for year ended 31st, December 2022
- 3 references from reputable organizations/institutions that have contracted the bidding company. (The bidders should attach 3 certificates of completion of previous tenders and their respective contracts.)
- 3 CVs of Qualified staff with relevant skills and experiences in installation and maintenance of panels.
Bids will be submitted to the International Alert by e-mail to Rwanda@international-alert.org not later than 26/11/2023 @5pm. Any late bids will be rejected.
