TENDER NOTICE No OO5/2021

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) FROM LOCAL COMPANIES TO SUPPLY HORTICULTURE, POULTRY, RABBIT, PIGS PRODUCTION, FOOD CROP, RUMINANT CONSUMABLES IN NYABIHU, GATSIBO, HUYE, NGOMA, GAKENKE, RULINDO, RUHANGO, AND GICUMBI DISTRICTS ON TVET SCHOOLS.

AKAZI KANOZE ACCESS (AKA) is a registered National Non- Government Organization (NGO) certificate No 66/RGB/NGO/2016 with a vision to be a leading organization contributing to youth well-being through employability skills and support services and a mission to provide youth with employability skills, access to capital and other support services to take advantage of economic opportunities.

Akazi Kanoze Access (AKA) through partnership agreement with Education Development Center/ Huguka Dukore Akazi Kanoze (EDC/HDAK) is looking for potential bidders and qualified companies to supply horticulture, Poultry, Rabbit, Pigs production, Food crop, Ruminant consumables to 8 TVET schools respectively in Nyabihu, Gatsibo, Huye, Ngoma, Gakenke, Rulindo, Ruhango, and Gicumbi districts.

The consumables specifications are found in excel sheet with different tabs attached to this RFQ.

The Consumables will be delivered to TVET schools in different districts mentioned above.

The Bids must include:
Item name, # of Units, Unit cost per item, total cost including VAT, delivery period to the schools at no additional costs;
• EBM registration certificate
• RDB certificate;
• VAT certificate;
• Tax Clearance;
• 3 Completion certificates for the similar rendered services;

Submission Procedure

All quotations must be submitted at: info@akazikanoze.org with a copy to jnyirahabimana@akazikanoze.org ; no later than September 30, 2021.

Akazi Kanoze Access reserves the right to reject any and all offers, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
