Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 27/03/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Ple must be submitted not later than the 20/04/2023 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs or USD, equipment delivery schedule plan, warranty from vendor, knowledge transfer plan, detailed technical specifications, a team dedicated to the assignment and their responsibilities, resume of the dedicated staff and any other requirement specified in the Terms of References. The price should include all applicable local taxes and all costs related to the project. Interested bidders should also submit the following documents

1. Detailed company profile

2. Tax clearance certificate or equivalent

3. Company registration certificate

4. Proof of vendor partnership of at least 3 years

5. Audited financial statements of the last 3 years to prove financial capacity 6. Performance certificates for a successful implementation of similar services
