After the publication of the tender mentioned above it was noted that there is an amendment needed as  additional information about Clarification on technical specification.

Accordingly, by this addendum, we would like to publish an additional specification for some items which complete the one that was in initial tender document and addendum nº 1. The deadline for bids submission is also extended up to 13/04/2023 at 10:00am and the public opening session is scheduled to take place at 10:30 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted 

The details of this addendum may be obtained at RMS head office in working days from 7:00 am to 5 pm and RMS website. Other clauses which are not mentioned in this addendum N^o 2 remain unchanged as announced in initial tenders.
