JOB DETAILS:
The Ministry of Environment(MOE) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by Green Climate Fund (GCF) towards the cost of implementation of the Project for Strengthening climate resilience of rural communities in Northern Rwanda. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. .

The Ministry of Environment invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of one project vehicle as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.



Tender Document will be obtained through E-procurement system of Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). For submission of Bids, all interested bidders must pay non- refundable fee of eight thousand (8,000 Frw) Rwandan francs to a Non-fiscal revenue Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at any Commercial Bank of your choice.

All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One million two hundred thousand (1,200,000 Frw) Rwandan francs.

Bids shall be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 9th October 2020 at 16:30 local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically through E-Procurement system on the same day 9th October 2020 at 16:50 local time.

6. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline as mentioned above. 7. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system not later than fifteen (15) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. 8.
