Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested bidders to tender for the supply and installation of Two Units of Huawei IdeaHub S2(65 inches each with Accessories) to be installed at PDC and DR Site (BK Muhanga).

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 30th/06/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs, equipment delivery schedule plan, warranty from vendor, knowledge transfer plan, detailed technical specifications, a team dedicated to the assignment and their responsibilities, resume of the dedicated staff. The price should include all applicable local taxes and all costs related to the project. All proposals should be submitted online on a link that will be shared you with the subject line: "Installation of Huawei IdeaHub S2" not later than the 17th/07/2023 at 3:30pm.
