RwandAir Ltd hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by itself, towards the cost of Supply and installation of Racks and Shelves for RwandAir Cargo Ware house. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir Ltd invites eligible International bidders not Limit to the local to submit bids for the Supply and Installation of Racks and shelves for RwandAir Cargo warehouse as indicated in detail to the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir procurement Office or Via an email:procurement@rwandair.com From 25^th 09 2023, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of fifteen thousand Rwandan francs (15,000 Frw) or 15 USD account bank with swift IMRWRWRW. The sum is to be deposited at I&M Bank on the Account N° 10-5003664-01-74 (RWF) and N^o 5003664-02-71(USD), open in the name of RwandAir.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach RwandAir Procurement Office at Top Floor, Kigali International Airport, P.O. Box 7275 Kigali- Rwanda Not later than October 16^th 2023. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, in RwandAir board room on October 16^th 2023 at 10:00am Local time or 8:00 GMT at RwandAir promises

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title and the reference

Bidding will be conducted in accordance RwandAir Procurement Manual and where necessary the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on     Public Procurement as modified and completed to date will be applied
