1. The Nyanza District invites sealed bids from eligible national bidders for submitting their offers for the Supply materials and equipment for Assistance to Vulnerable Groups Community/home based child care project in Nyanza District. The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Five thousand ( 5000Rwf) Rwandan francs deposited to Account n° 463380612410147 RRA-decentralized taxes/Nyanza District, opened at BPR or Account n° 0636205-15 RRA-decentralized taxes/Nyanza District, opened at Bank of Kigali. The Proof of payment must bear the tender reference number of the tender
2. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before the date indicated in e-procurement: www.umucyo.gov.rw 
3. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
