The Nile Basin Initiative (NBI)/ Nile Equatorial Lakes Subsidiary Action Program Coordination Unit (NELSAP-CU) received a grant from the World Bank through the Cooperation in International Waters in Africa (CIWA) Trust Fund to finance the Nile Cooperation for Climate Resilience (NCCR) Project. Amongst the project thematic areas is Data/Information and Analytics Services which aims at improving the IT infrastructure within the NEL SAP-CU operations. Hence, the NELSAP-CU intends to apply part of the proceeds toward the payments under the contract for Supply of IT Equipment for NELSAP-CU.
The tender is divided into 9 Lots and Bidders are free to bid for all or some of the Lots they are capable of, but each Lot is indivisible.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures and interested eligible bidders may obtain further information clarifications from Imwenzikazi@nilebesin.org and copy nelsapprocurementanilebasin.org and viyomugengaanilebasin.org Bidding document can be assessed on the following website http://nelsap nilabasin org
Bids must be delivered to NELSAP-CU offices, Kigali City Tower, 5 floor, on or before 23 March 2022 at 11:00 Am. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders' desimated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address above on 23 March 2022 at 11:30 Am
