ActionAid Rwanda invites qualified bidders specialized in the field, to participate in open and equal conditions to submit bids for the: Supply of different Goods.

The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid Rwanda email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org  or ActionAid Rwanda Head offices located at  Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building. The tender document will be available from Wednesday, 8/11/2023 after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 00040-00043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. 

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

Interested and Qualified candidates should submit the quotations for supply in a sealed envelope with supporting documentation not later than Friday, 17^th November 2023 at 10:30am at ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 10:45 AM at the Actionaid conference-room.
