TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF END OF YEAR GIVEAWAYS

INVITATION TO TENDER No 46/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/02/09/2023

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids from local suppliers for supply of various end of

year giveaways grouped in the following LOTS;

LOT 1: Gift set (Note book, Pen and Water bottle or leather Card holder) (2,500 PCS)

LOT 2: Laptop stand (200 Pcs)

LOT 3: Laptop bag (Leather fabric) (200 pcs)

LOT 3: Desk Pen holder (500PCS)

LOT 4: Gift bag (1,000 pcs)

LOT 5: Ear Phones (500pcs)

Technical specifications for the above mentioned items will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 12th/09/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest via email on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 27th/09/2023 at 3:30pm and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders. Guidelines for online bids submission shall be sent to emails of interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs on full LOT, the delivery and warranty period. Provide catalogue/photos of the proposed giveaways. Preselected bidders shall be required to submit branded samples on LOTS quoted for.

Conditions for bidding

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate

-Performance Certificates to prove similar services provided elsewhere
