JOB DETAILS:
Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from the Government of Rwanda towards the costs of SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONARY .

The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender document is issued.

The Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) invites registered companies specialised in this field to submit their bids through the e-procurement system for the Supply of Office Stationary as indicated in the statement of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive method and is open to all bidders as defined in the Bidding Document. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from e-procurement system website by logging on www.umucyo.gov.rw.

The tender document may be obtained from E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). Bids will be submitted in the e-procurement system, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 Rwf) to account number 00040-0315129-09 of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened in Bank of Kigali.

The tender document may be obtained from E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). All bids will be submitted through E-Procurement System not than the date and time specified in the e-procurement system. Bids will be opened automatically as per the e-procurement system. Late bids shall be rejected by the system Enquiries regarding this tender may be submitted using the e-procurement system.
