TENDER NOTICE   

Title of the tender: Supply of suitcases and flight bags for cabin crew and pilots for RwandAir

1. RwandAir hereinafter called “Client” has reserved funds towards the cost of financing the project entitled Supply of suitcases and flight bags for cabin crew and pilots for RwandAir. RwandAir invites bidders to submit bids for the above-mentioned tender as indicated in the tender document.
2. The RwandAir Ltd invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of suitcases and flight bags for cabin crew and pilots for RwandAir Ltdas indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir Ltd procurement office at

 P.O. Box 7275 Kigali or email procurement@rwandair.com  from 6^th 11 2023, and  upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of fifteen thousand Rwandan francs (15,000 Frw) or 15 USD account bank with swift IMRWRWRW.

The sum is to be deposited at I&M Bank on the Account N° 10-5003664-01-74 (RWF) and N^o 5003664-02-71(USD), open in the name of RwandAir.

4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach RwandAir Ltd Procurement office at Kigali International Airport building 2^nd floor, P.O. Box 7275 Kigali Not later than November 27^th 2023. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 27^th November, 2023 at 10:00am Local time or 8:00 GMT at RwandAir Ltd premises
6. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
7. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1,600,000 Rwf equivalent to exceeding 2 % of the estimated budget.
8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir’s procurement manual Revision 2. May 2019 as modified and completed to date.
