FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming model RFTS (Resilience and Flourishing through Systems Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction.

FH Association RWANDA (FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible national bidders who have Electronic Billing Machine qualified, reputable Hotels, to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for a tender N^o 002/10/FY24:

• Provision of Hotel Services from 11^th December 2023 to 15^th December 2023 (including accommodation and full day conference package) to Food for the Hungry staff during upcoming all staff retreat in Rubavu district, Western Province.

This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all Hotel within Rubavu districts Western Province.

Requirements: 

A. Date of staff retreats it’s from 11^th December 2023 to 15^th December 2023

B. The hotel should have capacity of accommodating at least 45 people within their premises and others can be extended in others hotel of the same level and the hotel should cover the transport cost.

C. The Hotel should have at least a big conference room that accommodates more than 110 people seated well and with good aeration system.

D. Technical Proposal

Interested Hotel for the mentioned tender are required to submit bids with the following required certifications and should be valid at the date of submission of the bids;

1. Letter of interest addressed to FH country Director
2. Hotel profile showing the background & the hotel assets which back the business and full legal address and location of the Hotel.
3. Registration certificate from RDB.
4. Certificate of tax clearance from RRA still valid.
5. RSSB certificate still valid.
6. VAT certificate.
7. Hotel categories (Star/Inyenyeri) 

• The Hotels should be located Rubavu District
• RDB Certificate of non-bankruptcy/Good stranding still valid
• Proof of being able to provide electronically generated bill (EBM)
• Provision of at least 3 certificates of completion from both private and public institutions in the last 3 three years.

E. Financial proposal

The offers well typed, appropriately bound technical proposal presented in One Original and Two copies and financial proposal presented in One Original and Two copies must reach in sealed envelopes to the above-mentioned address no later than 22^nd November 2023 at 10:30am local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 

The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the meeting room of FH Association Rwanda.

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
