Subject: Tender notice for supplying T-Shirts Round neck

 Tender reference: 005/G/FXB/2024

FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions. 

Through the financial support from PEPFAR through USAID in the IGIRE – Turengere Abana program; FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/individuals to submit their bids for the supply of 2,120 T-Shirts Round neck (100% Extra Cool Cotton) to FXB Rwanda. The T-Shirts will be in Orange Color with four (4) Logos with the message “UMWANA WANJYE ISHEMA RYANJYE” on the back in screen printing. 

The bidder shall submit the following documents:

1. Price schedule/quotations detailing unit prices displaying the unit price with VAT Inclusive and VAT Exclusive showing the quality and brand of the quoted T-Shirts;
2. Copy of the incorporation certificate;
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority;
4. Copy of clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB). 

The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Monday, March 18^th, 2024 at 5:00 PM   

Note.

• FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
• The requested materials will be delivered at FXB Rwanda Country Coordination office Located on the above-mentioned address,
• Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback.
