PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIER

Tender for Accessibility Works in Different Hospitals: Muhima District Hospital, Kibogora Hospital, Kibungo Referral Hospital, Rutongo District Hospital, and Shyira District Hospital.

HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION (HI), operating name Humanity & Inclusion a non-for-profit association governed by the French Act of July, 1st 1901, domiciled at “138, avenue des Frères Lumière – 69371 Lyon cedex 08, France” and registered in Rwanda under RGB with the registration number TIN No 100600244, Kicukiro sector, Kicukiro District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 747 KIGALI.

We hereby invite bids from registered and qualified contractors to participate in the prequalification exercise by submitting their Tender documents for the accessibility works in the following Hospitals: Muhima District Hospital, Kibogora Hospital, Kibungo Referral Hospital, Rutongo District Hospital, and Shyira District Hospital.

The subject of Tender: HI invites eligible construction firms to submit bids with the details below:

Tender Packages with details of requirements can be obtained starting on Tuesday 12^th September 2023 by sending a request to this email address: dao@rwanda.hi.org clearly stating the tender name and number as the subject of the email. Please indicate your company name in the email.

Submission Detail:

Bids/proposals must be submitted in electronic format only in PDF to dao@rwanda.hi.org.

Make sure that the submission is titled with the exact same solicitation Tender reference number stated above.

The deadline for Submission of tender is Friday 22^nd September 2023 at 12h00

Note that site visits will happen from 13^th September to 15^th September 2023 and are mandatory; The schedule will be communicated to the interested Companies on 12^th September 2023.
