SOURCE OF FUND: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED (EUCL)

1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for submitting their best offers for car wash services (cleaning EUCL vehicles & moto-cycles) under framework agreement as indicated in a detailed statement of Requirements.

2. The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field that meet the minimum qualification criteria as stated in the Standard Bidding Document.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competition procedures specified in the REG Procurement User Manual as updated to date.

4. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 27/10/2023 (working hours) at EUCL Headquarter, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management Unit, P.O Box 5634 Kigali. Tel.: +(250) 799373402, upon presentation of an original proof of payment of a non- refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 2001161020000121 NCBA Bank EUCL With a reason "Company/Tender" opened at I&M Bank, Rwanda (Former Commercial Bank of Rwanda).

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies of which one is the original and other two (2) copies must reach the Secretariat of Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 1011/2023 at 10:00am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The address referred to above is:Attention:

6. Bids will be opened in public in the presence of bidders or their representatives at EUCL main board room on 10/11/2023 at 10:30 am. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Six hundred thirty five thousand seven hundred twelve Rwandan Francs (635,712 Frw), issued by a reputable bank or any other financial institution agreed in Rwanda.

7. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title and reference number.
