RITCO HEADQUARTERS in Nyamirambo (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) invites all eligible bidders to submit bids for the following tenders.

1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RITCO’s procurement office at free price.
2. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from RITCO Offices during working hours from 8:00am -17:00hrs in the office of procurement.
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RITCO HEADQUARTERS in the office of Managing Director not later than seven (7) days before the fixed date for the submission of bids.
4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of procurement at the address mentioned above Not later than 05/10/2023 at 10h00: am.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
5. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as shown in the table above issued by a bank or reputable insurance company in Rwanda and shall be attached during submission.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 05/10/2023 at RITCO Ltd board room at 10h30:am
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
