TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF 15 TONES OF IRISH POTATOES.
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda through FS-Uburumbuke Iwacu Project operating in Nyamiyaga Sector, Gicumbi District would like to inform all bidders to submit their proposals to supply 15 tons (15,000 kg) of Quality Seeds of Irish Potatoes free of diseases as follows:

Quantity | 15,000 kgs or 15 tones |
Packaging | Sacks of 50 kgs each |
Area of multiplication | hills, not produced in low-lying lands. |
Delivery area | Nyamiyaga Sector, Gicumbi District |
Delivery date | No later than October 10th |
Seeds | Quality seeds, with sprouts, small to medium size (calibre), free of diseases. |
Payment conditions | Through bank account, after delivery of the whole quantity. Issue of EBM invoice is obligatory |
Bid documents should include the following information and key requirements.
- Name of your company
- Address & telephone number of your company
- Legible name and signature of person submitting quote.
- Official company stamp (if any)
- A well written proforma
- Company’s VAT number/TIN number
- Tax clearance certificate (if necessary) or a proof of payment of previous tax
- Certificate issued by Rwanda Agricultural and Animal resources Development Board (RAB) certifying that the bidder is an approved quality seed multiplier or dealer.
Interested bidders will submit their applications online using the following email address: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org and copy sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org no later than 19/09/2023 at 16:00.
