SOURCE OF FUND: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED (EUCL) AND

The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for submitting their best offers for supply of concrete poles under framework Agreement for the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) as indicated in detail in the supply of the requirement. This tender is made of One (1) indivisible lot.

The Participation to this competition is open with equal conditions to all firms specialized in the Field. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the updated Procurement User Manual of REG.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL,E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, sumubyeyi@eucl. eg.rw upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not ater than 22/11/ 2023 at 10:00 am. Late bids and electronics bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids should be well sealed and addressed to the following address:
