UMWALIMU SACCO (Savings and Credit Cooperative for Rwandan Teachers) hereby invites eligible bidders with proven capabilities and experience registered in Rwanda; to submit their bids to the tender for Construction of office partitions, Strong rooms, server room, filing system, and generator’s shelter at Umwalimu SACCO Ngoma and Gatsibo Branch.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 frw (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) deposited to the account no 010-5008448-01-86 of Umwalimu SACCO opened in I & M Bank.
A compulsory site visit is schedule on 9/11/2021 at 1:00PM at GATSIBO, Kabarore Center and on 10/11/2021 at 11:00 am at NGOMA, CYASEMAKAMBA, and will be conducted by Representatives of UMWALIMU SACCO.
Well, detailed bids containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “Construction of office partitions, strong room, server room, filing system and generator’s shelter at Umwalimu SACCO Ngoma and Gatsibo Branch” must be delivered to the address below in the Secretariat Office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General, P.O Box 2257 Kigali, Street No KG 205st , E-mail: umwalimu.sacco@umwalimusacco.rw,  Tel : +(250)781469546 at or before 10:00 am Local time on 16/11/2021. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30AM Local time in Umwalimu SACCO meeting room in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
