This Role
You actively live the Right Seat culture, lifestyle, and are ready to inspire, challenge and educate our people/audience/tribe through storytelling and relationships communicated across our digital channels.
Reporting to the Co-Founders, you are on the pulse of the local community, in the know and connected to the most inspiring and upcoming people and companies including but not limited to corporates, entrepreneurs and influencers. You will proactively use your knowledge and connections, and your passion for storytelling to co-curate beautiful, meaningful content that inspires our community.
A day in a life
• Collaborate with co-founders to create content in response to our brand strategy (we call it our brand bible) and ensure curation is in support of brand guidelines.
• You are responsible for a market level social media strategy and content plan that reflects the priorities of the market (products, services + community).
• The behind the scene's player - sourcing clients. Direct them to the head office for team to onboard
• You stay on the pulse of trends and conversation, leveraging social listening tools to introduce Right Seat and to new clients through key word and hashtag moderation.
• You attend local experiences and events, and are in the know on the upcoming career trends, sharing your experience across Right Seat
• Driving engagement by directly connecting with community via 1-1 moderation
• You excel in cross functional work - and work in partnership with the team
• You partner with the local community to foster and develop deep relationships with online and offline influencers, who are healthy and mindful
• You are accountable for monthly analytics reports resulting in data driven decision-making, testing and learning.
Requirements
Skillset required:
• You have a strong personal brand and social media presence
• 1+ years plus social media/ editorial/ communication experience
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
