JOB DETAILS:
Data Manager A1/A2

Job description
• Define and provide guidelines and methods for data collected and data analysis in the hospital and health centers
• Prepare data collected in health centers and hospital then test their validity and reliability and create a database
• Do hospital and health centers data quality audit.
• Ensure the security of data including their backups
• Participate in hospital data verification and validation.
• Do data entry into different health information systems database on time as recommended.
• Define the Bio-Medical Statistics strategy in accordance with the strategic plan of the hospital
• Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity applicability, efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide all data related to the patients and researchers
• Develop and updated models for the calculation of common indicators (Excel) of the various services of the Hospital: then do the descriptive analysis of monthly and quarterly data for each service.
• Updating and collecting data from different parts of the hospital namely (PMTCT, VCT, ART, TB, etc ....) and to ensure their reliability.
• Ensure the capture of all data and transmission of daily hospital report.
• The management and analysis of SIS data collected by health centers.
• Make descents centers health’s to verify the reliability and quality of data.
• Provide feedback information to the holder of the health centers and data manager at the health center.
• Give exposed in relation to the collection and reliability of data.
• prepare monthly , quarterly and annual activities of its
• Ensure archiving reports SIS health centers and the hospital.
• Participate in operational research.
• Respect the calendar of supervision of health centers and hospital.
• Consolidate statistical reports from different services and projects operating under hospital.
• Do everything else asked by his or her supervisor in the work
