1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible Consultancy Firms for submitting their best offers for recruitment of a firm for tunnel and penstock inspection services. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all firms specialized in the field
2. Bidding will be conducted through the International Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) in accordance with the Procurement Procedures Manual of REO EUCL modified to date and the participation to be competition is open on equal conditions to all forms specialized in the field, that meet the minimum qualification criteria as detailed in the TOR
3. Request for Proposals may be obtained on any working day and hours from 25/02 2022 at EUCL Headquarter, 1 Floor, Room No G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management, PO Box 5634 Kipali. E-mail: procurement-cucleuci.reg rw, embaranga uci.reg.rw upon presentation of a payment proof of a no refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N 25044962001 opened at I& M Bank, Rwanda
4. Well printed proposals, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 31/03/2022 at 10:00 am Late proposals will be rejected. The address referred to above is:

5. Proposals will be opened in the presence of consultants or their representatives who choose to od EUCL-REO

6. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Million and Francs (2,000,000 Fru) or equivalent and by a reputable financial institution recognised in and with validity of 150 days from the submission
