JOB DETAILS:
Prime Insurance Limited is an insurance company, established in 1995 by Rwandan investors, a licensed general and life insurance company authorized by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). The Company is seeking to recruit highly-skilled, self- motivated and experienced persons to fill the following posts: Claims Officer Under the supervision of the Claims Manager, the Claims Officer ensures effective and efficient management of claims and compliance with company policies and regulations. Job Title Claims Officer Supervisor Claims Manager Duration Open-ended Salary Competitive package based on qualification and experience Closing Date Friday, August 16th, 2019 (5:00 PM, Kigali time) .

Job Responsibilities:
• Checks documents or papers for compliance and correctness;
• Make sure that claims are handled efficiently and that payment for valid claims is made to policy holders;
• Making decisions to the extent and validity of a claim, and checking for any potential fraudulent activity;
• Conduct arbitration and mediation services;
• Ensure that in his/her activities, he/she follow and respect all claims procedures;
• Prepare weekly and monthly report as he/she will be required;
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Law or Insurance
• Insurance qualification certificate

• Being Rwandan by nationality
• Age maximum 35 years
