Job Description
• Coordinates PMTCT in all health facilities public and private,
• Provide technical support to health care providers through clinical mentorships, trainings ,meetings
• Support implementers in PMTCT with national guidance for operational planning and implementation.
• Involvement in operational research for PMTCT and follow routine program data
• Support development of guidelines, tools related to HIV prevention including PMTCT.
• Regular self development in research and clinical practice • n collaboration with other colleagues in HIV Prevention Unit, MoH/MCH
• Ensure PMTCT tools integrate mother and child health comprehensive information
• Conducted joint education sessions

Job Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine or Master’s Degree in Global Health, Public Health with nursing background.
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Development of measurable objectives, operational plans and measurable indicators/targets for public health programs and project;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with donors, implementing partners and other stakeholders;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects;
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Rwandan Health system;
