The University of Rwanda (abbreviation: UR, Kinyarwanda: Kaminuza y’u Rwanda, French: Université du Rwanda[2]) is Rwanda's largest higher education institution. University of Rwanda was formed in 2013 through the merger of previously independent public institutions of higher education, the largest of which was the National University of Rwanda.[1][3][4] The university's head office is in Kigali.[5] The university is composed of six independent, self-governing colleges .

Job Description
• Undertake teaching and related activities as may be allocated by the Head of Department;
• Contribute to Curriculum development;
• Undertake research, including applicable research and/or continuing professional development;
• Participating in continuous professional development;
• To undertake the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education;
Carry out such related duties that may be allocated to him/her as advised by the Head of Department/Dean of School/College Principal
